SWITCH Registration

Switch is the youth group at Pennant Hills Baptist Church (PHBC), welcoming any high schoolers. It happens every Friday night from 7pm - 9:30pm during the school term. It is held at PHBC, located at the Corner of Ramsay Rd & Rosemount Avenue, Pennant Hills.

To best care for the children at Switch, we ask that you fill out this confidential form below. This is an annual registration to ensure our database is up-to-date with correct contact & medical information. 

Please fill out one registration per child. You may use the 'Add Another Person' button at the bottom of the page to register another child from the same family.

Privacy Policy - Pennant Hills Baptist Church

Pennant Hills Baptist Church (PHBC) is committed to the protection of personal information of the PHBC community. PHBC upholds members rights to privacy protection and adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles which regulates the way Australian agencies collect, use, disclose, and store personal information.
To uphold privacy obligations, PHBC must obtain written consent for the collection, use, disclosure and storage of your personal information including your name, address, email, phone contacts, and date of birth. This personal information will be recorded in the PHBC online database (Elvanto) as well as in a hard copy church directory (when deemed necessary). Only the PHBC Administration Manager have access to this online database. The church directory is distributed to Senior PHBC members who do not have internet access so that members have means to contact other members of the church. This also impacts on the function of various ministries
within the church, and in particular adhering to Safe Church policy.
